Dimora – FUA-AUF Guest Apartments is the Hospitality learning lab operated by the students and faculty of  Apicius International School of Hospitality Dimora welcomes FUA-AUF students and alumni, their families and friends.

Dimora embodies the philosophy of  FUA- AUF Florence University of the Arts – The American University of Florence, of going beyond the classroom and integrating students in the Florence community through experiential learning. All of the projects and activities of Dimora

are managed by the Fondazione di Partecipazione Palazzi – Florence Association for International Education, affiliated with FUA-AUF.
